Floor Manager – Hypermarket
Happy 7 Days Hypermarket is looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily floor operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and section cleanliness.
- Coordinate with sales, billing, inventory, and other departments.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor sales targets and support the team in achieving them.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with management.
Requirements
- Experience in the hypermarket / supermarket / retail field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or similar role will be an advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
