Job Overview
V Support Solutions is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive for a client organisation in Coimbatore. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting digital marketing activities, paid advertising campaigns, performance analysis, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Analyse campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and internal dashboards.
- Manage UTM tracking and marketing data using spreadsheets.
- Support customer acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with external performance marketing agencies and internal content, design, and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Practical knowledge of GA4, Shopify, UTM tracking, and spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- D2C or e-commerce experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the following areas will be an advantage:
- Beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands
- Shopify-based e-commerce
- UGC or influencer marketing
- CRM and customer retention
- Landing-page and conversion optimisation
Education
A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
