Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and passionate Telecaller / Client Handling Executive who can connect with customers, build relationships, and drive sales through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential and existing customers to promote vinyl records and offers
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp & messages
- Convert leads into sales by explaining product value (rarity, condition, editions, etc.)
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain long-term relationships
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and after-sales support
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Inform customers about new arrivals, flash deals, and exclusive collections
- Build trust with collectors and repeat buyers
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English required)
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of music / vinyl records (preferred, not mandatory)
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling is a plus
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and basic CRM tools
- Passion for music or collectibles will be an advantage
