Drive the selection, testing, deployment, management, maintenance, and operationalization of Aristocrat security controls.

Apply strong expertise in Microsoft Purview DLP Configuration, Management & Monitoring.

Support programs, proposals, and corporate objectives with cyber security engineering expertise.

Partner with cybersecurity operations to continuously improve security controls.

Maintain timely, accurate, and effective reporting of security controls status and usage to executive management.

Develop conceptual and logical solutions for deploying security controls in Aristocrat environments.

Consult and collaborate with asset owners and IT teams to advance security initiatives across the enterprise.

Define and implement configurations for endpoint, cloud environments, DevSecOps, product security, and identity platform protections.

Provide domain expertise on cybersecurity strategies and opportunities to optimize security controls.

Stay updated with emerging security trends, technologies, and threats, and recommend improvements to Aristocrat’s security posture.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years of applicable experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on building, implementation, and management of security solutions.

Strong grasp and experience with SIEM platforms, data streaming platforms, network protection, EDR systems, cloud protection, and access control management principles.

Expert knowledge of information security technologies, networking, cloud, and infrastructure architecture in a global capacity.

Capacity for sophisticated problem-solving tasks.

Demonstrable ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Ability to contribute to organizational critical thinking beyond the area of responsibility.

Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or other relevant certifications.

Excellent collaboration skills – must be eager to work as part of a cohesive team and partner with other teams within Aristocrat, locally and globally.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including clear communication of relevant data, active listening, open dialogue, effective verbalization of ideas, and resolution of communication issues.
