Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks and professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft 365 Copilot with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable software architecture.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
