Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach mathematical concepts such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, and mensuration.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching materials.
- Assess student performance through tests, quizzes, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Identify students' learning needs and provide remedial support where necessary.
- Use innovative teaching methods, educational technology, and interactive activities to enhance learning.
- Prepare students for CBSE examinations and internal assessments.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school events.
- Ensure classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (B.Sc. Mathematics or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.).
- Preference may be given to candidates with a Master's degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. Mathematics).
