Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end e-learning and content development projects.
- Coordinate with instructional designers, content developers, graphic designers, developers, and QA teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and status reporting.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all deliverables.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor team productivity and maintain project documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Required Skill Set:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in e-learning/EdTech industry.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and digital learning workflows.
- Experience handling cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
