Job Title: Restaurant Captain

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant floor operations during shifts
- Manage and guide stewards/service staff
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Take orders and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
- Train new staff members on service protocols
- Monitor table arrangements and overall dining experience
- Ensure proper billing and payment coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Captain or Senior Steward
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shifts and weekends
