About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Banking/Loan Liaison or Finance Broker on a freelance, commission-based basis. The person will act as a link between our company and banks/financial institutions and help us facilitate loan-related work for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with public and private sector banks/NBFCs.
* Coordinate between the company, bank officials and customers for loan-related requirements.
* Assist in home/property loan processing, documentation and bank formalities.
* Help establish a direct tie-up between the company and suitable banks/financial institutions.
* Coordinate with bank teams for sanction, verification, documentation and disbursement processes.
* Understand banking procedures, eligibility requirements and loan products.
* Ensure smooth communication and follow-up between all parties until the loan process is completed.

Requirements
* Prior experience in banking, loans, finance or bank liaison work is mandatory.
* Experience working with public or private sector banks.
* Existing contacts/network with bank officials will be an advantage.
* Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
* Ability to independently coordinate with banks and handle loan-related processes.
* Must be based in Bathinda.
* Individuals currently working independently as freelancers/DSAs/loan consultants/banking agents are welcome.
