Job Summary
Hygienetech is a fast growing company in the services sector. We provide cutting edge services to achieve Hygiene Security at the work place (Offices/Corporates) & are trusted by more than 700 Corporates in Mumbai. We are in the process of expanding our service offerings, and this would entail considerable numbers of headcount recruitment, and capacity building at all levels.
To meet up with this challenge, We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Senior Executive for Human Resources to oversee our end-to-end people operations and drive employee engagement at our Mumbai office. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between management and employees, managing everything from talent acquisition and compliance to performance cycles. The ideal candidate is someone who is ambitious and eager to grow with the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate and regional roles using major Indian job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobs Dekho, Apna Jobs).
· Partner with department heads to understand workforce planning requirements and build a robust candidate pipeline.
· Design and execute a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience for new joiners.
2. Performance Management & Employee Engagement
· Lead the annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timely goal-setting and objective evaluation.
· Design and implement impactful employee engagement initiatives and team-building frameworks tailored for a Mumbai-based workforce.
· Drive retention strategies and conduct meaningful exit interviews to analyze turnover trends.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
· Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
· Ensure strict adherence to regional statutory compliances (such as the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, and PT).
· Maintain and update internal HR policies and employee handbooks in alignment with changing labor laws.
Educational Expectations & Qualifications
Education Note: In the Indian corporate landscape, a specialized postgraduate degree is highly prioritized for management-track HR positions to ensure a deep understanding of organizational behavior and labor welfare.
Primary Requirements:
· Postgraduate Degree (Preferred): BBA/MBA in Human Resources, PGDM in HR, or a Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM) / Labor Studies from a recognized university or business school.
· Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Psychology, or a related field.
Certifications (Preferred but optional):
· Certifications in HR Analytics, SHRM-CP, or specialized labor law courses are a major plus.
Required Skills & Experience
· 3–4 years of proven experience working as an HR Generalist or Executive.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong emotional intelligence.
· Solid problem-solving capabilities to navigate grievance handling and employee relations smoothly.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
