Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Lecturer to deliver quality academic instruction and practical guidance to students in the field of Nursing or Dialysis Technology. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and relevant clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom lectures and practical sessions as per the academic curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Guide and mentor students in both theoretical and practical aspects.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical examinations.
- Maintain attendance and academic records as required.
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic activities when required.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and academic standards.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- M.Sc. Nursing or
- Master's Degree in Dialysis Technology (M.Sc./Equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Nursing or Dialysis, preferably including teaching and/or clinical experience.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong subject knowledge and clinical expertise.
- Ability to engage and mentor students effectively.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
Employment Details
- Mode of Employment: Hourly Basis
- Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Morning), 2 hours per day.
- Compensation: Hourly remuneration as per institutional norms.
Preferred Candidate
- Local candidates from Siliguri and nearby areas will be given preference.
- Candidates with prior teaching experience in a Nursing or Paramedical institute will have an added advantage.
Pay: ₹600.00 - ₹800.00 per hour
