Key Responsibilities
A. Export Documentation & Compliance (Core Role)
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PFIs), shipment documents, and courier documentation
- Maintain complete and accurate export documentation records
- Support export processes and follow-ups related to shipment completion and documentation
B. Coordination & Shipment Execution
- Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and clients for dispatch planning
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Follow up regularly with all stakeholders to avoid delays
C. Inventory & Internal Operations
- Maintain stock records in ERP (MARG or similar system)
- Handle stock entry, reconciliation, and stock reporting
- Support internal documentation and day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or export-related roles
- Basic understanding of documentation and coordination processes
- Comfortable working on Excel and ERP systems
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
