Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and online advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media promotions.
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts for better ROI.
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate qualified leads for construction and interior design projects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, architects, and consultants.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance analysis.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and marketing tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Interior Design, or Architecture industries will be an added advantage.
