Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to manage billing and dispatch operations efficiently. This role is primarily focused on coordinating with the godown team, ensuring material availability, preparing accurate bills, and arranging timely dispatch of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the godown team regarding material availability and stock status.
- Prepare accurate bills based on material dispatch and orders.
- Generate invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.
- Arrange transportation and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Handle day-to-day coordination with the godown team (calls & follow-ups).
- Verify quantities, rates, and product details before billing.
- Maintain records of billing, dispatch, and inventory movement.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, and site teams when required.
- Ensure proper documentation for all dispatched materials.
- Report delays, discrepancies, or operational issues to the HOD.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor’s degree (Commerce preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
- Basic knowledge of billing software and Good Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good understanding of inventory and dispatch processes.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
