Job Description
Elcom Digital is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Technical Support Intern to join our growing team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build their career in the IT, Cloud, and SaaS industry while gaining hands-on exposure to real-time customer support operations.
The selected candidate will work closely with the technical support team to assist customers, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and support implementation and onboarding activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle Level 1 (L1) support activities independently
- Assist customers through calls, emails, and remote support sessions
- Support implementation and onboarding activities for customers
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to cloud backup and remote access solutions
- Coordinate with senior team members for issue escalation and resolution
- Update CRM and ticketing systems accurately with customer interactions and issue status
- Maintain service quality and response timelines
- Support day-to-day customer operations and technical assistance activities
Required Qualifications
- BCA, B.Tech, MCA, Diploma, or equivalent technical background preferred
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and SaaS applications
- Basic knowledge of AWS will be an added advantage
- Basic networking and router knowledge
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and workable English
