Key Responsibilities
Understand the instructional frameworks.
Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) programs and strengthen trainer capabilities across locations.
Ensure high standards of pedagogy and training delivery.
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Support quality assurance, monitoring, and evaluation processes.
Travel extensively across India for training support, audits, and capacity building.
Drive continuous improvement in curriculum and instructional practices.

Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
6–12 years of experience in training, academic delivery, education, or skilling programs.
Proven experience in training trainers and large-scale capacity-building initiatives.
Strong understanding of the Indian education and skilling ecosystem.
Experience with NGOs, government skilling missions, or large education programs is desirable.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
