Job Summary
The Academic Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students regarding educational programs, career opportunities, admissions procedures, and course selection. The role involves counselling students and parents, converting inquiries into admissions, and ensuring a positive student experience throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and educational opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, telephone inquiries, emails, and online leads effectively.
- Explain course details, curriculum, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
- Conduct career guidance and academic counseling sessions.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to facilitate admissions.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, career fairs, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Address student concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly counseling reports.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
