Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and timely completion of construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and compliance with project specifications and approved schedules.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning and mobilization through execution, finishing, testing, and handover.
* Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower deployment, material requirements, and work priorities.
* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, PMC, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, MEP, façade, flooring, painting, finishing, and external development works.
* Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
* Review drawings, BOQs, quantities, specifications, and technical requirements and resolve site-related issues.
* Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, material consumption, and variations.
* Manage contractors and subcontractors, including work allocation, productivity, billing, and performance monitoring.
* Ensure adequate manpower, materials, machinery, and resources are available to achieve project targets.
* Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings and take corrective actions wherever required.
* Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams for timely material and service requirements.
* Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality standards.
* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
* Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and implement recovery plans for delays.
* Maintain project documentation, daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, MIS, and management updates.
* Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover/possession activities.
* Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
* Support senior management in project planning, decision-making, and achieving project objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Strong experience in residential/commercial construction projects.
* Good knowledge of RCC, Mivan/formwork, finishing, MEP coordination, waterproofing, façade, and external works.
* Strong planning, execution, quantity estimation, budgeting, and contract management skills.
* Excellent leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project MIS.
* Ability to manage multiple contractors and large site teams effectively.
