Requirements:
Conduct thorough legal research using statutes, case law, regulations, and industry-specific materials to provide sound legal guidance on a variety of matters.
Maintain and manage all legal records, files, and folders, ensuring proper documentation and timely filing.
Intellectual Property Management:Manage and maintain the company's trademarks, including updating filings daily, coordinating with agents, and initiating new filings and Conduct research and provide support related to patents and other intellectual property matters.
Provide strategic advice on legal disputes and support in litigation or arbitration proceedings, including preparation and documentation.
Offer legal counsel on internal company policies, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
Draft legal opinions and risk assessment reports to mitigate potential legal risks in business operations.
Review and draft various contractual agreements, appointment letters, and other legal documents in line with business requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a corporate legal advisory role.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, labor law, and compliance standards.
Proven ability to conduct complex legal research and present findings clearly.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with document management systems and legal compliance platforms.
