Job Summary
Wemake Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling components as per work instructions and drawings, maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, and following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly of components and parts as per drawings, work instructions, and production requirements.
- Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect assembled components and identify quality defects.
- Follow standard operating procedures and production guidelines.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain 5S and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Handle materials and components carefully to prevent damage.
- Report quality issues, tool problems, and material shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Maintain production and inspection records.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth production operations.
Qualification
- 10th / 12th / Diploma – Any Discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in an engineering/manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to understand basic work instructions and drawings.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good discipline and attendance.
- Safety-conscious and quality-oriented approach.
