Role Overview
We’re looking for a Bid Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about building winning proposals. You’ll be responsible for reading and interpreting tender documents, coordinating documentation, preparing submission packages, and ensuring timely and compliant bid submissions.
This role involves occasional travel to client or tender-issuing authorities for document clarifications or submission requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and summarize tender documents and eligibility requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs.
- Prepare and compile bid documents as per tender specifications.
- Manage the tender submission process (both online and offline).
- Maintain tender trackers and documentation repositories.
- Visit tender authorities, if required, for document submission or clarification.
- Monitor upcoming tenders through online portals and networks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in tender management, bid coordination, or documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel as per requirement.
- Startup energy: proactive, hands-on, and ready to take ownership.

Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
