*Responsibilities*
Onboard new turf owners and channel partners across various states.
Explain BookYourTurf app features, benefits, and platform process to partners.
Coordinate with turf owners for registration, pricing, slot setup, and app activation.
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding onboarding and support.
Assist partners through WhatsApp, calls, and basic app guidance.
Follow up with pending turf owners and channel partners for onboarding completion.
Maintain proper onboarding records and daily updates.
Build good relationships with turf owners and partners for long-term collaboration.
Support users with booking-related queries and issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding approvals and technical support.
