Job Summary
GENI HOMES is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact new and existing customers via phone.
* Explain GENI HOMES projects, including villas, plots, and construction services.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
* Schedule and confirm site visit appointments.
* Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
* Update customer details and lead status in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with the Sales and Site Teams.
* Share project details, brochures, pricing, and offers through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
* Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements
* Insurance industry experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
* Experience in customer follow-up and lead conversion.
* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
* Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
