Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
- Install and update operating systems, applications, and antivirus software.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access.
- Perform regular system maintenance and data backups.
- Monitor network performance and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and assets.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), internet connectivity, and printers.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- Relevant experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or System Administration preferred.
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with strong technical skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Mumbai will be given preference.
