About the Project
This role is part of a Pilot Project for Early Detection of Oral and Cervical Cancer in Tamil Nadu, implemented under the National Health Mission (NHM) by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
The project focuses on early screening and detection initiatives conducted in government hospitals. The initial duration of the project is 3 to 6 months. Based on successful completion and project expansion, there may be opportunities for government onboarding or extended engagement.

We are looking for dedicated Patient Coordinators / Medical Data Entry Executives to support patient coordination, medical data management, and sample tracking activities for the project.
The role involves working closely with hospital staff, ensuring accurate patient data entry, coordinating with patients, and managing sample handling processes until the samples reach the designated laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update patient information accurately in the system and maintain records using MicrosoftExcel.
- Maintain and update patient data records and documentation.
- Coordinate with patients regarding screening procedures, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and organize patient records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily reports and screening statistics to the reporting manager.
- Handle and manage patient samples and ensure proper documentation until samples reach thelaboratory.
- Maintain daily sample collection records and hand over samples to the concerned representative as per protocol.
- Ensure proper sample tracking and documentation throughout the process.
- Communicate effectively with hospital staff, doctors, and project team members.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of patient data.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience working in a Gynecology department or hospital is preferred.
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with patients and hospital staff efficiently
Qualification
- Physician Assistant (BSc / Diploma) candidates are also eligible
- Diploma in Nursing or any Paramedical course.
- 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
