Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to manage daily accounting and administrative operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, GST basics, and office administration.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and data entry
- Handle invoices, billing, payments, and expense tracking
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting documentation
- Maintain office files, reports, and administrative records
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Support general office administration activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or related field
- Knowledge of Tally ERP & MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of GST and accounting procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
