Job Purpose:
To act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth service experience, timely vehicle delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customers and understand service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Update customers on service progress and delivery timelines.
- Promote value-added services and maintenance packages.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.
- Achieve service revenue and CSI targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma holder.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
Reporting To: Service Manager.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,115.45 per month
