We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Supporting Executive to assist clients, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records and follow up when required
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
