Accounts Payable
- Invoice Verification: Match vendor invoices with quotes & purchase orders.
- Multifreight Entry: Post undisputed invoices in the system.
- Invoice Approval: Approve invoices as per payment terms.
- Charge Clarifications: Coordinate internally for additional charges.
- Dispute Resolution: Follow up with vendors for discrepancies and maintain query log.
- Payment Processing: Handle electronic transfers, payments & check runs.
- Payment Monitoring: Ensure timely payment of dues.
- Vendor Management: Maintain updated vendor records
Accounts Receivables
- Invoice Generation: Create invoices based on quotes
- Internal Coordination: Confirm additional charges before billing
- Timely Billing: Send invoices promptly to customers
- Payment Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve issues
- Collections: Follow up consistently until payment is received
- AR Aging Review: Monitor aging reports to ensure timely collections
- Customer Records: Maintain accurate AR files and documentation
General Ledger Accounting
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit cards and all other accounts weekly for 100% matched accuracy.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
