We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
✅ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals
✅ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
✅ Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
✅ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
✅ Roll out offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Required Skills
✔ 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
✔ Strong sourcing and screening skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Experience using job portals and social media for hiring
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
Salary: 15 k to 22 k
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
