1. Business Development – Healthcare Focus
- Drive business development for hospital infrastructure planning, PMC, healthcare management consulting, and financial advisory services.
- Identify opportunities across private hospitals, specialty hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare investors.
2. Multi-Vertical Opportunity Development
- Cross-sell and expand opportunities across IV’s verticals.
- Develop integrated, solution-led proposals in coordination with internal teams.
3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build relationships with hospital promoters, CXOs, clinicians, architects, EPC/PMC firms, investors, and partners.
- Engage confidently at promoter and senior management levels.
4. Proposal, Tendering & Closures
- Lead proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Participate in EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs, including consortium coordination.
5. Pipeline Management & Growth Contribution
- Maintain a strong BD pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Contribute to regional growth and profitability targets.
6. Hospital Operations & Quality Assurance
- Understanding of healthcare quality and accreditation standards.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare management reports.
- Willingness to travel for field/Healthcare Market assessments and project implementation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
