Position: Hindi Teacher (Primary / TGT)
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and qualified Hindi Teacher to teach students as per the CBSE curriculum. The teacher should develop students' reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and literature skills while creating an engaging and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Teach Hindi grammar, prose, poetry, writing skills, and literature.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
Assess students through classwork, projects, and examinations.
Encourage students to improve reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
Use innovative teaching methods, digital tools, and activity-based learning.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
Support slow learners and provide enrichment for advanced learners.
Maintain student records, attendance, and academic progress.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
Participate in school events, assemblies, meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hindi.
B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
CTET qualification preferred (for applicable CBSE positions).
2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
Skills Required
Strong command of spoken and written Hindi.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
Ability to use smart classroom technology and digital teaching tools.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Salary : As per qualifications, experience, and school norms.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹39,224.41 per month
