- Supervise and execute construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress of work
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related challenges
- Assist in material planning, quantity estimation, and cost control
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and consultants for approvals and clarifications
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (or relevant discipline)
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or site execution (freshers may apply if specified)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
