Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a passion for identifying top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews.
2. Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain proper follow-up with candidates.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and management.
3. Candidate Management
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
4. Offer & Onboarding Support
- Assist in salary negotiations and offer roll-out.
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
- Support onboarding process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Good understanding of hiring portals and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws (preferred).
Preferred Experience :
- Experience in bulk hiring / BFSI /NBFC / FINTECH / BANKING.
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
