Job Summary
We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance and reliability of electrical systems and production equipment in our PEB manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of production machinery with minimum downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in manufacturing machinery and utility equipment.
- Maintain LT electrical systems, control panels, MCCs, PCCs, and distribution boards.
- Monitor and maintain electrical motors, gear motors, VFDs, soft starters, and control circuits.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of plant machinery.
- Ensure proper cable routing, termination, earthing, and electrical safety practices.
- Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment to normal operation with minimum downtime.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.
- Support spare parts identification and inventory management.
- Participate in shutdown maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, steel, engineering, or industrial plants.
- Good knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of motors, drives, control circuits, MCC panels, and industrial power distribution.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLD).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of VFDs, soft starters, and industrial automation systems.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with EOT cranes and fabrication machinery.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Team-oriented approach and willingness to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
