Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry and possess strong drafting, detailing, and quantity estimation skills. The candidate must have practical experience in preparing architectural drawings and a sound understanding of BMC approval drawings, regulations, and submission requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
· Develop and modify drawings as per project requirements and management instructions.
· Prepare and coordinate BMC approval drawings, submission drawings, and revisions.
· Ensure drawings comply with applicable BMC regulations, DCPR guidelines, and project specifications.
· Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams.
· Maintain proper documentation and records of all drawing revisions and submissions.
· Assist in preparing presentation drawings and working drawings for ongoing projects.
· Review consultant drawings and identify discrepancies for coordination.
· Support project teams in obtaining statutory approvals and clearances.
· Prepare quantity take-offs and area statements from drawings.
· Conduct quantity estimation and analysis for architectural works and assist in project planning and cost evaluation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 4–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting within the real estate or construction industry.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
· Working knowledge of BMC approval processes and submission drawings.
· Familiarity with DCPR regulations and development control norms.
· Ability to prepare quantity estimations and analyze project quantities from drawings.
· Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
· Good coordination and communication skills.
· Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Diploma in Architecture, Civil Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering, or any related technical qualification preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working with real estate developers, architectural firms, or construction companies.
Familiarity with residential, commercial, redevelopment, and high-rise projects.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
