About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, lead generation, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Create and oversee content marketing campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and social media strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI on all digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, sales teams, and external vendors to achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or related digital marketing platforms.
- Experience managing international marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing environments.
