What Will You Own
1. Business Outcome Ownership
You will own measurable business metrics such as:

Product-led growth mapped to business and revenue enablers

Adoption and activation metrics

Retention, NPS, and customer expansion

Cross/upsell enablement via Product Strategy
2. Market & Competitive Intelligence

Build deep understanding of India and Global retail tech landscape

Identify whitespace and defensible product moats

Translate macro trends (AI, omnichannel, automation) into product advantage

Shape 12–18 month strategic product direction aligned to market growth KPIs
3. Customer-Backwards Thinking

Lead structured discovery with customers

Convert insights into scalable, repeatable product bets

Protect long-term product integrity over short-term customizations
4. Product Craft & Execution Excellence

Translate strategy into crisp PRDs and solution briefs. We need PMs who will deliver prototypes, not just PRDs

Drive prioritization frameworks grounded in ROI and impact

Exceptional product sense, knowing when to prioritize speed and when to invest in foundational work

Builder mindset with obsession for speed and constraint free thinking.
5. AI-Native Product Innovation

Identify opportunities to embed AI native solutions into product workflows

Move beyond dashboards into automation & copilots that could add delight to customers

Be obsessed to test and adopt all contemporary AI tools and technologies
6. Own the success post launch

Define success metrics and monitor product performance post launch

Use data and analytics to make informed prioritization and continuous improvement.

Equip sales, support and marketing so they can prepare their work and effectively communicate and win with customers
What We are Looking For (Qualification)

3–7 years experience with 2+ years in core Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS / Retail Tech / ERP / Commerce / Fintech.

Strong structured thinking with clear ROI-driven prioritization and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Deep customer insight with ability to translate pain points into scalable, defensible product bets.

Proven track record of driving measurable business impact, not just shipping features.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead without formal authority.
