Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and motivate the field sales team to achieve assigned business targets.
* Monitor daily sales activities, team productivity, and overall performance.
* Guide team members in lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
* Conduct regular field visits to provide support, coaching, and performance feedback.
* Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
* Coordinate with management to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational activities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Experience in Team Handling, Field Sales, Business Development, or Field Operations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* Target-oriented with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in basic MS Office applications and reporting.
* Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
* Ability to lead by example and drive team performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
