Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator to operate and maintain extrusion machines, ensure smooth production, and deliver products that meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machines efficiently.
- Set up machines and adjust process parameters as per production requirements.
- Ensure consistent product quality through regular inspections.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimise production waste.
- Maintain production records and report machine issues promptly.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and housekeeping standards.
- Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to achieve daily production targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in operating plastic extrusion machines is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of plastic extrusion processes.
- Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and as part of a team.
Shift & Salary
- 3 Rotational Shifts
- 8-Hour Shift: ₹18,000 per month
- 12-Hour Shift: ₹24,000 per month
- Overtime and other benefits as per company policy.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
