Job Title: Renewal Executive – Motor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Renewal Executive to handle Mediclaim and motor insurance renewals. The candidate will also cross-sell Mediclaim and motor policies to existing jewellery insurance clients (jewellers).
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients for Mediclaim and motor policy renewals
- Ensure timely renewal of policies without any lapse
- Notify respective CROs when renewals are due
- Coordinate with CROs and make sure renewals are completed on time
- Maintain good relationship with existing clients
- Cross-sell motor and mediclaim insurance to jewellers who already have jewellery insurance
- Explain policy details clearly to clients
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotes and policy issuance
- Maintain records and update client data
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
