We are looking for an Expert - Administration (General), who thrives in a high performance and fast paced technical environment. As an Expert within the Administration (General) team, you will have full project ownership, ensuring that our end customer receives a great product.

Work to team plan & deliver your tasks on-time & within budget
- Evaluate your work progress to the plan and make required course corrections
- General Administration of logistics, security, safety, facility, transportation, company vehicle fleet
- Public relations, liaison with govt authorities, local police, manage audits
- Daily Visitor Management, Host international guest visits and detail arrangements of entire itinerary
- Company health insurance, health and safety, first aid & surrounding medical facilities, fire safety readiness
- Domestic and International travel, visa and hotel arrangements
- Canteen administration and food kiosk stock management, patty cash management
- Daily shifts arrangements, communication and staff transportation administration
- Statutory compliance and renewal of various facility and building licenses
- Detail and clear communication, documentation of administration activity
- Meticulously plan and host company events and festival celebration
- Support swift resolution of non-conformance to minimise impact on project objectives
- Guide fellow team members to deliver 'right first time' & 'on time in full'
- Understand project goals and objectives and complete your task within budget
- Support development of standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices
- Follow function's performance and improvement processes in your work
- Implement lean & 5S visual work environment principles in processes
- Align your work to meet your KPIs to achieve your growth goals
- Support internal audit & evaluate KPI trend and implement required course corrections
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Refine learning material & lead discussion forums
