- Assist project managers by estimating costs, tracking materials, and preparing change orders and progress billing.
- Develop and monitor project milestones, ensuring work proceeds on time and identifying potential delays.
- Prepare Request for Information (RFIs), submittals, daily field reports, and maintain accurate "as-built" records.
- Serve as the primary liaison between landscape architects, general contractors, clients, and subcontractors.
- Review and interpret landscape drawings, Technical Specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for field crews
- Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
- Identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
- Developing and managing the sales pipeline.
- Setting sales targets and quotas for individual team members and the overall team.
- Communicating sales goals and strategies to the entire team.
- Working with other departments to ensure a smooth process.
