Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's entire marketing function. This role owns the planning, execution, optimization, and performance of all marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The Marketing Manager will lead the Digital Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design, Social Media, and Content teams while working closely with the Head of Sales and the Lead Assessment Team to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads that contribute to business growth.
Reporting directly to the Top Management, this role carries complete accountability for marketing performance, brand visibility, campaign effectiveness, and marketing return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Build annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans to support revenue growth.
- Establish marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Monitor marketing performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on measurable outcomes.
- Drive innovation by identifying new marketing opportunities, platforms, and technologies.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Own end-to-end lead generation strategy across multiple digital channels.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- YouTube Campaigns
- LinkedIn Campaigns
- Performance Marketing Campaigns
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Landing Page Campaigns
- Improve Cost per Lead (CPL), Lead Quality, and Marketing ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize conversions.
Brand Management & Promotions
- Strengthen the YESTE brand across all digital and offline platforms.
- Plan promotional campaigns, awareness drives, educational events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Develop marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and market visibility.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Social Media & Content Management
- Lead the complete social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
- Develop engaging content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee content creation, copywriting, video content, and campaign messaging.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across digital channels.
- Improve audience engagement, reach, and community growth.
SEO & Website Management
- Lead both On-page and Off-page SEO strategies and team
- Improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Collaborate with website developers to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor website analytics and implement continuous improvements.
Webinars & Marketing Events
- Plan and execute webinars, online information sessions, workshops, seminars, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maximize event participation.
- Measure event success through registrations, attendance, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Creative & Design Leadership
- Lead the Graphic Design team in producing high-quality creative assets.
- Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand consistency and professionalism.
- Review and approve creative concepts, advertisements, brochures, presentations, videos, and promotional materials.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor:

- Work closely with the Head of Sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with the Lead Assessment Team to understand lead quality, customer profiles, and conversion patterns.
- Improve marketing campaigns based on sales feedback and customer insights.
- Participate in sales planning discussions to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse:

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic marketing and business planning skills.
- Expertise in Performance Marketing and Digital Advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management capabilities.
- Creative mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar certifications are preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading multi-functional marketing teams.
- Experience in Migration, Study Abroad, Education Consulting, International Recruitment, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, EdTech, or high-growth service industries will be preferred.
