Job Overview
AI Growthexa is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive who can generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and close deals for our IT and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in service-based sales such as IT services, digital marketing, website development, or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT & digital marketing solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct online meetings and product/service presentations with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for project onboarding and delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in IT services / digital marketing / service-based sales.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn sales, and online sales strategies.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of sales experience in IT or digital marketing industry.
- Experience selling website development, SEO, digital marketing, or software services.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing sales independently.
