About the Role:-
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and interviewing skills, excellent communication, and experience hiring across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Publish and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Experience in both Domestic and International Hiring is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
