About the Role
Designation: Product Lead – Wealth Management
Reporting To: Director – Wealth Management
Location: Mumbai
The Product Lead will spearhead the product strategy, innovation, and execution for the Wealth Management division. This leadership role demands a strong combination of investment product expertise, strategic vision, and business acumen to enhance client offerings, drive AUM growth, and strengthen our competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Innovation

Define and own the Wealth Management product vision and roadmap, aligned to business growth and client needs.

Introduce, evaluate, and enhance product offerings across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, Structured Products, and Insurance-linked solutions.

Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments to ensure best-in-class, compliant, and differentiated product suite.
2. Product Development & Advisory

Lead product research, due diligence, and performance monitoring across asset classes.

Develop robust frameworks for product selection, approval, and periodic review.

Provide strategic product insights and recommendations for HNI, UHNI, and NRI client segments.
3. Stakeholder & Team Leadership

Collaborate with internal Relationship Managers and Sales teams on client portfolio reviews and large-client presentations.

Engage actively with AMCs, PMS/AIF managers, product manufacturers, and ecosystem partners.

Mentor, guide, and build a strong product & research team.
4. Business Growth & Insights

Partner with leadership to drive long-term AUM and revenue growth.

Use data-driven insights to recommend new business opportunities, operational improvements, and digital adoption.

Ensure the WealthTech platform remains competitive, scalable, and client-centric.
Role Requirements (Qualification & Experience)

Education: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred.

Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in wealth management, product strategy, or investment advisory, with strong exposure to HNI/UHNI client
products. -
Strong understanding of Equity, Debt, and Alternative Investments.

Proven ability to design and deliver product strategies that drive AUM and revenue growth.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Adept at Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital platforms/WealthTech tools.
