We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who thinks creatively, understands premium branding, and knows how to bring ideas to life across both static and video content.
This is a full-time remote position, working closely with our global Creative and Digital Marketing teams.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can produce premium, scroll-stopping content across digital platforms.
You'll be responsible for creating high-end marketing assets, social media content, campaign creatives, branding materials, motion graphics, and short-form videos that elevate our clients' brands.
We're looking for someone who combines exceptional design skills with strong creative thinking, video editing experience, and a passion for using AI to enhance creativity and workflow.
What You'll Do
- Design premium social media content, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Create engaging short-form videos, Reels, animations, and motion graphics.
- Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Collaborate with account managers, social media managers, paid media specialists, videographers, and strategists.
- Ensure every design aligns with the client's brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Stay ahead of design trends and continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Produce content optimised for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Use AI tools to generate concepts, speed up production, enhance creativity, and improve workflow efficiency.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has exceptional graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Has experience creating premium, high-end marketing creatives.
- Has strong video editing skills for social media, paid advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Is proficient in multiple creative platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, and similar software.
- Has a strong understanding of branding, typography, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Has experience designing for social media and digital advertising.
- Has embraced AI within their creative workflow and uses AI tools to improve quality, efficiency, and innovation.
- Has excellent attention to detail and consistently delivers high-quality work.
- Experience within the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or lifestyle sector is a strong advantage, but not essential.
