The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales executives and a team leader while also actively contributing to sales activities. This role requires an all-rounder who can supervise field sales operations, monitor team performance, track sales data, and handle client interactions when required. The candidate should be capable of managing a team, handling site visits, monitoring CRM usage, and assisting in closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management
- Manage and supervise a team of 12–15 sales executives along with their team leader.
- Assign daily and weekly sales targets and ensure the team works toward achieving them.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and overall performance.
- Conduct regular meetings to review progress and resolve challenges.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Participate in sales activities and support the team in closing deals when required.
- Generate new business opportunities and help the team convert leads into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key prospects.
- Ensure the team consistently meets sales targets.
3. CRM Management & Monitoring
- Ensure the sales team properly uses the CRM system to record leads, follow-ups, and deal progress.
- Track CRM entries and verify that all sales activities are updated regularly.
- Monitor lead status, follow-ups, and conversions through the CRM system.
- Generate CRM reports to evaluate team performance and sales pipeline.
4. Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain sales tracking and performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Monitor daily activities, conversions, and team performance.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
5. Site Visits & Client Handling
- Conduct site visits with clients when necessary to support the sales team.
- Handle important client meetings and negotiations.
- Assist in closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Team Coordination
- Ensure proper follow-ups on leads and inquiries by the team.
- Coordinate with internal departments when required to support clients.
- Maintain discipline and ensure the team follows company processes.
7. Performance Monitoring
- Track individual and team performance regularly.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide guidance or support.
- Ensure accountability and consistent productivity across the sales team.
QualificationsExperience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience managing a sales team is preferred.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills Required
