Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and offer suitable recruitment solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers and HR professionals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and client reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹15,000.00 per month
